I woke a sleeping homeless man yesterday. His feet were hanging off of the curb, he had one shoe on, a huge gash in his heel and he was very thin. I gave him what I had on me…some pumpkin seeds I’d been eating and $2. I drove away to do some paperwork at the local gas station and just so happened to see him go in…when he came back out, he was eating a Dreamsicle :))

i grew up on an island and life there life was so full of giving. my father had a garden and he would share his produce before he took a share for us. whenever my mother baked cakes in our makeshift oven she would share it with our neighbors. we were taught to share at a very young age. i am now 54 and lives in this country and i share every chance i get. every christmas i buy meat, poultry pork and fish. i would bring it home and wrap it in portions and fill up my girlfriend’s freezer because she does not have the money to shop nor does she have the ability to because of her disease. once a week both my daughters and my self will take turn to bring her some fresh cooked food. this is one of my many act of kindness.

Hello, Hope your having a wonderful start to your weekend. Absolutely loving your act of kindness blog.

I’m now following your blog and looking forward to surfing through it regularly.

I absolutely love anything kindness myself and my blog is largely based on kindness. If you have some few minutes to spare, do kindly watch a short film I made about act of kindness recently and maybe you can blog about it if you wish. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxeAz2bPlJI

Sending lots of kindness in abundance your way 🙂

    Stay awesome and kind.

    Seun
